Hello and Welcome,

Are you considering therapy?

You may be experiencing persistent stress, burnout, anxiety, low mood, or a sense of feeling stuck in familiar patterns that no longer serve you.

Perhaps difficult emotions are affection your relationships, work, or overall quality of life.

You may be struggling with self criticism, uncertainty or beliefs about yourself that feel limiting.

Therapy offers a dedicated space to explore these experiences, develop greater self understanding, and work towards meaningful and sustainable change.

Making the decision to begin therapy can feel daunting. Seeking support often requires vulnerability and courage, particularly when facing challenges alone has become familiar.

My aim is to provide a collaborative and supportive therapeutic relationship in which you can explore your experiences safety and at your own pace.

I am an Integrative Psychotherapist offering therapy in Winchester and online. I provide a warm, non judgmental environment where we can explore your thoughts, emotions, relationships and life experiences. Together we can gain insight into the factors shaping your current difficulties and identify new ways of responding to them.

If you would like to learn more about how we might work together, I welcome you to get in touch for an initial conversation.

“There is no standard normal. Normal is subjective. There are seven billion versions of normal on this planet.”

— Matt Haig

My Approach

My training is integrative, meaning I draw upon a range of established therapeutic theories and approaches rather than working from a single model. This enables me to tailor therapy to your individual needs, circumstances and goals.

Central to my practice is the belief that the therapeutic relationship is one of the most significant factors in successful therapy. For this reason, I encourage you to speak with several therapists before making a decision, as finding someone with whom you feel comfortable and understood is an important part of the process.

Alongside my private practice, I have volunteered with the Samaritans, supporting individuals experiencing emotional distress and crisis. I also work with a low cost counselling service in Winchester. Previously I have facilitated Mental Health Awareness training for Superyacht Crew with The Crew Coach.

My work is grounded in the principle that psychological wellbeing is not simply the absence of distress, but the development of greater self awareness, resilience and a capacity for meaningful engagement and connection with life.

I aim to support clients in understanding themselves more deeply, navigating challenges more effectively and creating lasting psychological change.
