Hello and Welcome,

Are you thinking about starting therapy?

Are you feeling drained, burntout and stressed? Depressed, unable to see the light? Perhaps your anxiety is overwhelming and all consuming. Are limiting beliefs holding you back from living the life you want to lead?

Do you feel ready for change?

I know making the decision to see a therapist can be overwhelming and scary as I have been there too. But therapy transformed my life, and I hope it can do the same for you too.

I am an Integrative Psychotherapist working in person in Winchester, as well as online. I provide a safe, warm, non judgemental space where you can explore your feelings, be curious about who you are and why, and find ways to move forward in an authentic way.

The hardest part of any journey is taking that first step.

If this resonates with you then please get in touch and we can have an informal chat to get to know each other.

“There is no standard normal. Normal is subjective. There are seven billion versions of normal on this planet.”

— Matt Haig

My Approach.

My training has been Integrative, which means I have learnt many different therapeutic approaches and techniques. This enables me to work in a tailored way to meet your individual needs.

I believe the key in psychotherapy and counselling is the relationship between the therapist and client. I encourage you to have introductory calls with a few therapists to find someone who feels the ‘right fit’.

Prior to working in private practice, I have volunteered for Samaritans, listening to individuals in crisis. I also currently work for a low-cost counselling service in Winchester, as well as facilitating a Mental Health Awareness Course for Yacht Crew with The Crew Coach.

My mission is simple: to empower individuals to prioritise their mental health and wellbeing, providing a safe space for healing, self discovery and growth.

“Above all, do not forget your duty to love yourself.”

— Mahatma Gandhi

My fees are £65 per 50 minute session.

I see clients from my therapy room in Central Winchester or Online on Zoom.

I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychotherapy & Counselling from Regents, University of London.

I am due to complete my Masters in Psychotherapy & Counselling in 2025.

I regularly undertake CPD, Supervision and am a registered member of the BACP (MBACP) and a trainee member of UKCP.
